How will this be achieved?
Hear and Say WorldWide will undertake a global leadership role in the advocacy, prevention and treatment of hearing loss in babies and you children world-wide. This will involve activating major corporate, philanthropic, government and institutional forces across the world to achieve these aims.
The Hear and Say WorldWide Team are presently engaging a collaborative international network of supporters who will work with us to leverage governments, corporate entities, philanthropists and relevant institutions to form a global force for the effective provision of international newborn hearing screening programs; the training of multidisciplinary teams of professional hearing healthcare service workers; the provision of low cost hearing technology packages; and the identification of ongoing local and international sources of financial and in-kind support. Hear and Say WorldWide will produce sustainable solutions that build upon the existing intellectual and institutional capital of our selected international destinations. Through an incremental dissemination of our specialist knowledge, skills and technologies we will decimate the boundaries of inequality, alienation and poverty for those with hearing loss.
